Your new role

As Finance Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations and play a pivotal role in driving commercial insight and supporting strategic decision-making. Reporting directly to the leadership team, you’ll manage one offshore finance assistant and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.

• Overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and control
• Managing cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
• Leading month-end processes and balance sheet reconciliations
• Handling VAT returns and payroll submissions
• Supporting pricing strategy and margin analysis
• Providing financial insight to support business performance
• Driving improvements in financial systems and processes

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience with some of the above responsibilities. You’ll bring strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams. Experience with Xero and knowledge of the luxury, events, or project-based sectors would be a bonus. It is essential that you are able to start a new role in December 2025.
