Your new role

• Delivering accurate and timely monthly management reporting
• Managing day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR, payroll, expenses)
• Overseeing cash flow reporting and forecasting
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes across the business
• Ensuring compliance with statutory and tax requirements
• Driving process improvements and scalable financial systems

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with PQE in a similar role.
• Experience as Finance Manager or similar, ideally in a start-up/scale-up or SME
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS102
• Skilled in Xero and Microsoft Office
• Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent communication skills.
