You will work for a market-leading global media entertainment company with fantastic offices based in the heart of central London
Your new role
Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Preparation of month-end accounts
- Reviewing journals
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Analysis of monthly financial results
- Presentation and reporting of financial data to the FD
- Overseeing monthly AR invoicing, bi-weekly AP runs, monthly client royalty payment runs
- Cash flow analysis (weekly)
- Assisting with system and process development and integration projects
- Approval of purchase requisitions and expenses
- Assisting with year-end audit and preparation of statutory accounts.
- VAT and withholding tax (WHT) submission
What you'll need to succeed
- Recent, relevant experience in a similar Finance Manager role (manager level experience essential)
- Part qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- SAP, BPC or Looker system experience is advantageous (not essential)
- Media industry experience advantageous (not essential)
