Hays Accountancy & Finance are recruiting a Finance Manager on a fixed term basis for a well established organisation operating across ROI and NI. Your responsibilities will include managing a sizeable operating and capital expenditure budget, leading the preparation of monthly management accounts, and presenting clear financial insights to non-finance stakeholders. You will also have responsibility for audit coordination, statutory and regulatory submissions, and continuous improvement of financial models and processes.

This role includes line management responsibility for a small finance team and offers exposure to major business projects, long-term forecasting and cross-functional collaboration.
