A growing, privately owned business in the South West is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

Your new role

• Produce and communicate daily cash forecasts
• Improve short and long‑term cash‑flow forecasting processes
• Ensure vehicle/stock sales and purchases are accurately captured and appropriately funded
• Manage supplier payment cycles and liaise with internal stakeholders
• Prepare information for financiers and manage stock‑funding facilities
• Partner with operations to identify and deliver working‑capital improvements
• Support senior finance colleagues with analysis and modelling

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for an analytical accountant, someone that has experience in a finance management / cash management role. You should be confident working with senior stakeholders and be able to influence decision-making. If you have experience in a stock-based or with an invoice discount, that would be advantageous. This role reports into the Head of Finance and is a standalone role, so you should be happy working autonomously.
