Your new role
As Finance Manager, you will take full ownership of the financial function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic financial guidance, drive cost efficiencies, and support business growth. Key responsibilities include preparing monthly management accounts, coordinating weekly financial reports, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, and mentoring the finance team.

What you'll need to succeed
You’ll bring 3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment, along with proven leadership capabilities. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software is essential. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments will be key to your success.
