We're currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a dynamic and growing data centre organisation based in London. This role will be supporting the Japanese entity while they hire a perm candidate in Japan (or London). You must speak fluent Japanese.

Your new role

This role offers full financial responsibility for the Japan operations, including reporting, forecasting, treasury, and statutory compliance. You'll play a key role in driving financial performance, identifying efficiencies, and supporting business partners across the region. Candidates must speak fluent Japanese.

• Manage financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
• Oversee statutory reporting and compliance
• Identify cost-saving and revenue opportunities
• Support business units with financial insights and governance
• Collaborate with outsourced finance providers and internal stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• A professional finance qualification or suitable experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

• Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken)

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
