• Full ownership of site financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with group financial policies and statutory requirements.
• Partner with operational teams to drive cost efficiency and profitability.
• Lead and develop the site finance team.
• Provide timely and accurate management information to support decision-making.

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) ideally with experience in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
