Your new company

SME Marketing Agency, founded less than 10 years ago, based in central London, is hiring a senior finance professional to join the business as a Sole-charge Finance Manager. The business is growing and is currently at £5 million turnover with strong growth plans. The business has operations in the UK, USA, Europe, China and Dubai.

Your new role

• Overseeing finance operations and strategy, including payment processing, reconciliations (Xero expertise required), and financial control.
• Managing accounts receivable and payable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
• Managing payroll.
• Full P&L responsibility across 4 business units.
• Working with our accountant for Companies House filings.
• Developing quarterly board presentations with strong industry insights, research, and actionable recommendations.
• Handling monthly reporting, driving operational efficiencies, and fostering team collaboration.

What you'll need to succeed

• Senior finance professional - qualification preferred
• Ability to work in a sole-charge role
• Short notice (1 month or less)
• Interest in working for a marketing / influencer technology platform
• Confident communicator

What you'll get in return

Working in a sole-charge role will mean you have a lot of responsibility overseeing the finance function and leading this business unit.
