Your new role
This finance litigation solicitor role will see you handle a truly varied and interesting range of work. You will work on fraud related disputes and dishonest assistance claims. In addition, you will help manage debt recovery portfolios as well as handling insolvency related disputes. As part of the role, you will also provide assistance to clients in relation to regulatory issues including FOS, FCA, FSCS and data protection disputes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a commercial litigation lawyer with experience of finance litigation matters. With a strong technical background, you will have the ability to handle a technical and varied caseload.
