Your new role

As Finance Director, you’ll sit on the Business Unit Board, reporting directly to the MD. This is a high-impact role for a confident finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You’ll lead financial reporting, performance analysis, and forecasting to drive strategic decisions to ensure fiscal excellence across the region. Working closely with the operational business, you will provide financial information to ensure that the business hits targets and drives sustainable growth.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will ideally be fully qualified (ACA / CIMA / ACA) with strong commercial acumen, and exceptional analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience of leading a small finance team and driving business growth will be required, along with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for business-wide understanding.
