Job Title: Finance Business Partner
Location: Swindon (Hybrid working)
Salary Range: £38,000 - £45,000
Employment type: Permanent

Role Summary:

This is a commercially focused finance role, supporting senior stakeholders across the business. The position involves financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a focus on customer acquisition costs and product-level performance. The role contributes to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making, while also supporting system integration and reporting improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting for sales-related expenses
  • Provide monthly financial reports with variance analysis
  • Deliver product-level performance insights including revenue and cost metrics
  • Analyse customer acquisition costs and identify improvement opportunities
  • Support strategic decisions and track progress of key initiatives
  • Assist with integrating acquisitions into financial systems
  • Review and prioritise investment opportunities
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions
  • Contribute to reporting automation and system upgrades

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience in finance business partnering in a complex environment
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Familiarity with ERP and reporting systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

Tools Used:

  • ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Planning and reporting platforms
