Your new role

An exciting new opportunity has been created as part of a wider reorganisation, aimed at enhancing the financial support provided across property and resident services. As a
As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll take ownership of setting accurate, regulatory-compliant rents across a range of tenure types, including tenants, shared owners, leaseholders, and private householders. You’ll be joining a motivated and expanding finance team, where you’ll play a key role in financial modelling, budgeting, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A sound understanding of accounting principles, including double-entry bookkeeping, management/statutory accounts, and budget setting
  • Fully qualified AAT (Level 4) or equivalent qualification
  • Experience with financial management systems and strong Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Experience with annual accounting cycles including month-end, year-end, and budget setting
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data sets from multiple systems
