About the role
You’ll play a key role in producing management accounts, forecasts, and balance sheets across multiple entities. With exciting transformation & capex projects underway, you’ll help shape processes, drive efficiencies, and support strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing monthly management accounts and presenting insights to senior stakeholders
  • Leading P&L review meetings with the GM and operations team
  • Supporting profitability analysis and commercial decision-making
  • Managing reconciliations, journals, inter-company transfers, and fixed asset register updates
  • Processing sales and purchase ledger transactions
  • Contributing to finance improvement projects and ad hoc initiatives
What we’re looking for:
  • AAT Level 4 or part-qualified CIMA/ACCA, with solid accounting experience
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Sage 50 or similar systems (e.g. MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle)
  • A confident communicator who can bring numbers to life for non-financial colleagues
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and excited by change and continuous improvement.
  • Commercially astute with a problem-solving mindset
