What you'll need to succeed

You will be a fully qualified Accountant, ideally CCAB or CIMA, with relevant experience in large, complex organisations, ideally within social Housing or the Not-For-Profit sector. You will have a strong technical skillset and excellent communication skills, showcasing confidence when liaising with stakeholders across the organisation. You will be able to prioritise and manage a varied workload, in order to meet management reporting deadlines. Extensive Asset Management experience (including Compliance) is essential. Oracle Financials or similar finance system knowledge is desirable.
