Finance Business Partner - Manufacturing - North Nottinghamshire

We’re working exclusively with a rapidly growing, PE-backed SME in the East Midlands that manufactures sustainable consumer products for both UK and international markets. Following a period of record sales and professionalisation, the business is entering its next phase of growth and is looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to support strategic decision-making across Sales and Operations.

This is a newly created role offering high visibility across the organisation, reporting to the Finance Director and working closely with the CFO, Operations Director, and CCO. It’s a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to shape how data drives decisions in a fast-paced, product-led environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales and Operations to provide financial insight and challenge.
  • Deliver high-quality analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Extract and manipulate data from SAP and other systems to inform decision-making.
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs to improve real-time visibility of business performance.
  • Support month-end processes including stock costing and rebate analysis.
Candidate Profile
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience in audit or business analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel/data visualisation capabilities.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or product-led environment is highly desirable.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
