Are you a qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment? Do you enjoy partnering with operational leaders to drive financial performance and strategic growth? My client is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their collaborative and forward-thinking team. This role is pivotal in supporting site leadership with accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and strategic decision making.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Monthly management accounts, budgets & rolling forecasts
  • Financial modelling & performance analysis
  • Business case support & strategic planning
  • Embedding financial controls across sites
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to site leadership

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong management accounting & Excel skills
  • Confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
  • Ability to simplify financial concepts for non-finance teams
  • A proactive, energetic approach to problem-solving
