Working within a collaborative environment, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision making and driving performance across the commercial division. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking organisation that values partnership, growth, and continuous improvement.

Your new role

As Finance Business Partner, you will take ownership of revenue reporting and develop a comprehensive understanding of the contracts underpinning key revenue streams. You will lead the annual revenue planning cycle, manage regular reforecasts, and implement process improvements to maximise value. The role also involves producing management accounting reports, KPI analysis, and performance insights, as well as completing and reviewing the monthly balance sheet reconciliations. You will monitor and enhance departmental processes and contribute to major projects that impact the commercial division. This position offers significant visibility and influence, requiring you to build strong relationships with senior managers and act as a trusted adviser to the business.

The ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively is essential, as is a proactive and flexible approach to problem solving. You will be highly organised, able to prioritise tasks logically, and maintain composure under pressure while delivering accurate and timely results.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, along with the flexibility of hybrid working, typically three days per week in the Edinburgh office.
