Your new role
As a Finance Business Partner, working fully on-site, you will act as a trusted advisor to the plant leadership team, providing strategic insight and challenging assumptions to drive performance and sustainable growth. Reporting to the UK Operations Finance Manager, you will partner with operational leaders, translate financial data into actionable plans, and support investment decisions. The role involves leading the development of performance plans, budgets, and forecasts, as well as collaborating with management to identify opportunities for improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to hold an ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification, demonstrate strong commercial acumen, and have a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving business performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively, challenge assumptions, and propose innovative solutions.
