Your new role

In this newly created role as a Finance Business Partner your role will cover:
Strategic Financial Oversight
  • Lead financial planning and analysis across business units.
  • Oversee statutory and management reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Guide budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic goals.
Business Partnering
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to drive performance and profitability.
  • Advise on financial implications of business decisions, investments, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional teams with insights into cost structures, pricing, and margin optimisation.
Governance and Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Manage transfer pricing and intercompany transactions across global entities.
  • Monitor tax and regulatory changes that impact financial reporting.
Leadership and Influence
  • Mentor finance staff and build high-performing teams.
  • Represent finance in executive discussions, shaping strategic direction.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes.
What you'll need to succeed

Experience in:

  • Financial analysis & modelling: Ability to interpret data, build forecasts, and assess business performance.
  • Budgeting & forecasting: Skilled in planning cycles and variance analysis.
  • Commercial acumen: Understand how financial decisions impact operations, sales, and strategy.
  • Accounting principles:Solid grasp of IFRS, GAAP, and internal controls.
  • Problem-solving mindset: Can identify root causes and propose actionable solutions.
  • Data-driven decision making: Use insights to influence business direction.
  • Scenario planning: Evaluate risks and opportunities across multiple outcomes.
  • Part Qualified in ACCA/CIMA.
