You will be working as a Finance Business Partner for a Birmingham based housing association on a permanent basis.

Your new role

This is a high-visibility role where you will act as a key advisor, shaping the financial performance and long-term strategic planning. You will p roactively engage with senior stakeholders and budget managers across the central functions of the organisation. You will take ownership of the quality and accuracy of financial information, and lead improvements in reporting.

What you'll need to succeed

• A qualified or finalist Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) with a strong technical foundation.
• Demonstrable experience in not only producing budgets and forecasts but in presenting them with clarity to non-finance audiences.
• Experience liaising with a range of stakeholders, from Executive Directors to frontline colleagues. You should have a proven ability to influence business performance by offering both robust challenge and collaborative support.

What you'll get in return

You will receive a salary of up to £48000 + a great benefits package.
