Your new role
Are you a qualified finance professional ready to influence strategic decisions and drive financial sustainability?
As Finance Business Partner, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders and budget holders to deliver insightful financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You’ll be the go-to advisor for forecasting, budgeting, and evaluating new initiatives — ensuring resources are aligned with long-term goals.
  • Partner with colleges and services to develop robust budgets and forecasts
  • Provide financial insights that support strategic priorities and external funding requirements
  • Deliver accurate, timely reporting and challenge assumptions to improve performance
  • Help shape financial systems and processes for greater transparency and control


What you'll need to succeed

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CIPFA qualification
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-making
  • A proactive mindset and sharp analytical thinking
