Your new company
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that is committed to driving growth and delivering exceptional value. You will become part of a dynamic and collaborative team where your expertise will directly influence strategic decisions and business performance. The company prides itself on fostering an innovative culture that empowers its people to make a real impact and contribute to long-term success.
Your new role
As a Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing insightful analysis and financial guidance to support informed decision-making. You will take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, ensuring that financial plans align with the organisation’s objectives. This is a highly commercial role that requires you to challenge assumptions, identify opportunities for growth, and drive efficiencies across the business. You will work closely with operational teams to translate financial data into actionable strategies that deliver measurable results.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will be a professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong technical accounting knowledge and proven experience in a business partnering or commercial finance role, ideally within a complex organisation. You will have excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels. Strong communication and influencing skills are essential, as is a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Advanced Excel skills are required, and experience with Power Query or Power BI would be highly desirable, enabling you to deliver enhanced reporting and data visualisation.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, along with hybrid working options to support a healthy work-life balance. You will have the opportunity to shape strategic decisions and add real value to the business, while working in a supportive and collaborative culture that encourages professional growth and development. This is a chance to join an organisation that values your expertise and ambition and offers a platform for you to make a tangible impact.
