Finance & Support Assistant - Full Time | Hybrid | Flexible Hours

Our client is seeking a proactive and personable finance professional to join their welcoming and collaborative team. This is a finance-focused role, supporting the day-to-day operations of the finance department, with occasional involvement in admin tasks and internal event support when needed.

Location: Hybrid 2 days per week in the Milton Keynes office
Hours: Full-time with flexible working options
Reporting to: Finance Manager
Systems: XERO experience is essential

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
  • Support month-end reporting and journal entries
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with budgeting tasks
  • Provide occasional admin support and help coordinate internal events
