Your new role

The client is looking for a Finance Assistant for a 9-month FTC (covering maternity leave). Key responsibilities include:

• Processing supplier invoices, checking accuracy, coding to correct cost centres, and preparing payment runs.
• Raising client invoices, monitoring debtor balances, and supporting credit control activities.
• Performing daily/weekly bank reconciliations.
• Posting journals
• Assisting in monthly management accounts preparation.
• Processing staff expenses
• Ad hoc duties as required by the finance team

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a similar role within financial services

• Strong Excel skills

• Double entry bookkeeping experience
