A temporary Finance Assistant role has become available in a large London-based charity.

Your new company

My client is a London-based charity. Due to an increase in workload, they are seeking a Finance Assistant on a temporary basis.

Your new role

My role is interim Finance Assistant. This is for a period of 4 months, but could extend. The role will include:

- Dealing with the processing of all invoices in a timely manner
- Dealing with PO numbers
- Setting up new supplier and supplier statement reconciliations
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Processing staff expenses
- Credit control
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Other duties as required to support the wider team

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed, you will need previous experience in finance, including with the duties above. Strong Excel skills are also essential, as well as knowledge of financial software. If you were studying for a professional qualification, this would also be an advantage.
