• Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments accurately and on time
• Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts
• Assist with month-end tasks including accruals, prepayments, and journal entries
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support the Finance Manager with ad hoc reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment queries
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes

• Previous experience in a transactional finance role (e.g. accounts payable/receivable)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Sage, SAP, or similar)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• AAT qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
