Finance Assistant (Part-Time, 12-Month Fixed Term)

Your new role
As a Finance Assistant, you’ll play a key role in managing financial data and supporting the delivery of accurate and timely finance services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing purchase and sales ledger transactions
- Preparing and reconciling bank accounts and petty cash
- Supporting expense and procurement card administration
- Assisting with financial reporting and audits
- Providing advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders
What you’ll need to succeed
We’re looking for someone with:
- Relevant financial experience
- Strong understanding of accounting processes and procedures
- Excellent Excel skills and general IT proficiency
- Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and analytical ability
- Effective organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
- Experience with Agresso Financials or SAP Concur Expense is desirable but not essential
