An international organisation are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their established finance team.

Your new role
This position is a varied accounts position covering:

  • Reconciling supplier accounts and liaising with suppliers on any queries
  • Intercompany reconciliation of accounts receivable & accounts payable
  • Assisting with the month end close & reconciling balance sheet accounts
  • Processing Purchase invoices and payment to suppliers
  • Raising Sales Invoices, issuing credit statements and reconciling
  • Accrual and prepayments

What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent IT skills; excel, SAP, Oracle or similar accounting software
  • Experience within a similar Accounts position
  • An AAT qualification or similar is desirable but not essential
