Your new role
As a Finance Assistant, you will play a key role within the Financial Operations team, supporting core accounts payable and supplier reconciliation activities. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment.
You will be responsible for:
  • Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Managing the accounts payable inbox and resolving supplier queries
  • Maintaining supplier records within Microsoft Dynamics (ERP system)
  • Assisting with supplier payment runs in line with agreed terms.
  • Performing regular supplier statement reconciliations
  • Investigating discrepancies and liaising with suppliers and internal teams
  • Supporting vendor onboarding and ESG audit requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal controls
This is a fully office-based role, offering excellent exposure to end-to-end finance operations.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will:
  • Have experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role
  • Understand purchase ledger and supplier reconciliation processes
  • Be highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Be confident using Excel and finance/ERP systems
  • Have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Demonstrate a proactive, team-focused approach
