• Pricing Accuracy:Monitor customer pricing records and flag discrepancies with SHS systems to relevant teams. Proactively follow up to ensure timely corrections.
• Product Setup:Create and update new products across GB Agency, NI, and ROI markets using New Line Forms.
• Reporting:Generate various pricing reports for customers and materials as requested.
• Data Validation:Process and validate material data and pricing to ensure accuracy.
• Price Comparisons:Run comparisons against customer files or portal downloads to identify mismatches and resolve issues before invoicing.

• Recent Graduate or Experience in a finance/ admin role
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
