Finance Assistant – Up to £27,000 | Hybrid Working | Construction Industry | Dunmurry, Belfast

A well-established construction company is seeking a Finance Assistant to join its busy finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong invoice processing experience and a keen eye for detail to contribute to a thriving business in a supportive environment.

Salary:Up to £27,000 (depending on experience)
Location:Dunmurry, Belfast, Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process purchase ledger invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Match Goods Received Notes (GRNs) to purchase orders and invoices using a computerised accounting system
  • Resolve missing GRNs and liaise with buyers and site staff to address order queries
  • Code invoices in line with company procedures
  • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures
  • Support with general office duties as required

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
  • Previous experience processing invoices in a finance or accounts role
  • Minimum Grade C (or equivalent) in GCSE English and Maths
  • Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
