• Preparation of the annual business plan and monthly forecasts, by liaising with the relevant departments to deliver SG&A information.

• Business partner to HR & Marketing
• Support the FP&A team to assist consolidation on monthly forecast/flash & commentary.
• Agreement/accountability of forecast/actual accuracy and commentary.
• Delivery of rolling forecast and budget
• Support to FD on (consolidation of) monthly close call/business call commentaries.
• Excellent One-stream, MSTR, excel proficiencies.

• Bachelors degree (BAcc, BAE, BFin, BEcon)
• Must possess 5+ years of finance/accounting experience in international companies and manufacturing environment.
• Must have strong command of English, written and spoken, can participate or lead meetings in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Can communicate financials and related issues in clear business language.
• Ability to work constructively at all organisational levels, from plant operators to senior executives.
• Drive and assertiveness to achieve work deadline and performance goals.

• CIMA or ACCA or Masters degree - will also consider P/Q and finalists
