We are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Analyst to support a London-based university with the preparation and submission of its Office for Students (OfS) and Transparent Approach to Costing (TRAC) returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead or support the collation, validation, and analysis of financial data for the OfS and TRAC submissions.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across finance, academic departments, and planning to gather required information.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and submission deadlines.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve data quality and reporting processes.
  • Assist in documentation and audit trail preparation for internal and external review.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in UK Higher Education finance, particularly with OfS and TRAC returns.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., Agresso, Oracle, SAP – desirable).
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
