Your new role

In your new role as a Family Law Paralegal, you’ll support solicitors across a broad range of matters including divorce, financial remedy disputes, civil partnership issues, cohabitation rights, and domestic abuse cases. You’ll undertake fee-earning work under supervision, assisting with both privately funded matters and Legal Aid applications.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a solid foundation in family law, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage sensitive client matters with professionalism and empathy.
