Factoring Co-Ordinator Glasgow

Your new company
This social housing provider are a reputable Housing Association based in the Motherwell Area, committed to providing quality housing solutions.
The Housing Association owns and manages around 4,600 properties and provides services to 3,000 factored homeowners.
With a friendly and collaborative team environment, you will be welcomed and supported as you play a key part in delivering for their tenants within the Housing Team.

Your new role
To deliver excellent customer service for factored owners, meeting all legal and regulatory requirements and ensuring effective and efficient invoicing, income collection and debt recovery
Provide an excellent factoring service.
Ensure the delivery of a professional factoring service to customers within agreed budgets and timescales.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and performance results through management of the frontline Factoring Team and identify areas for continuous improvement within these services.
Income and Debt Management
Managing and supporting the factoring team
Carry out all management duties effectively, including financial budgets, Health & Safety standards, Equalities, Performance Management and Risk Management, ensuring that the highest standards of governance, regulation and compliance are upheld and adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.

Previous Factoring Experience within the Housing Sector
Previous People Management Experience
