Facilities Manager, Commercial Offices, Kent

A social housing provider managing thousands of properties across Kent

Your new role
To manage the facilities service for the corporate properties to ensure that they are safe, welcoming areas that supports a productive and efficient work environment.

You will make sure that the service and properties meet legal requirements, the needs of the client, tenants of property and the people that use them. You will be the first point of contact in terms of dealing with and resolving all building, building services and other FM-related issues.

The role will require regular liaison with specialist contractors to ensure all work is conducted in line with best practice and statutory requirements and to the contracted standard, to reduce risk of failure, minimise downtime, disruption and operational risk.

This role also involves making sure that appropriate controls and procedures are followed to ensure the health & safety of any person affected by the undertaking of these works.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven commercial facilities and workplace management experience
  • A driving licence to get between sites.
  • Project Management.
  • IWFM Level 3 or equivalent
  • First Aid Qualified
  • IOSH
