Facilities co-ordinator – Multisite. Huddersfield and West Yorkshire – Temporary - Immediate starts
Your new company
A public sector organisation with sites predominantly around the Huddersfield area with satellite offices in West Yorkshire is looking for a facilities / estates advisor on a temporary basis.
Your new role
- Oversee day-to-day facilities/estates operations, including maintenance, repairs and compliance.
- Ensure buildings and grounds are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with industry-specific regulations.
- Manage facilities services such as housekeeping, cleaning, waste and security
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g. CQC, HTM, HBN, COSHH, Legionella)
- Lead on risk assessments and audit
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a background in leading and co-ordinating multisite estates and/or facilities in either a standalone or support role. IOSH and other industry qualifications are desirable and a clean driving licence for the use of company vehicles is required.
