Your new role

To work within the Facilities Team to assist the London office to operate at a high level of comfort and safety throughout each working day.

  • Ensure the up-keep and presentation of the office is to a high standard and troubleshoot any issues. Carry out a routine daily H&S walk round.

  • Manage heating and cooling throughout the office.

  • Maintain, order and distribute office supplies such as milk, fruit and stationery, following the AHMM routine procedure.

  • Carry out minor office maintenance repairs as instructed.

  • Ensure technical equipment is set up as needed, including daily printer checks and meeting room requirements.

  • Respond to requests from all staff by email, in person and via the online ticketing system.

  • Purchase items on behalf of the team, in line with financial procedures.

  • Assist with office storage on and off site, including models and archiving, and other manual handling activities such as desk moves.

  • Carry out work experience inductions and DSE assessments when instructed.

What you'll need to succeed

•Educated to GCSE Standard (or equivalent), including passes in English and Maths
•Some experience of working in an office or facilities-based roles.
•Ability to follow set tasks independently and accommodate ad hoc demands, using initiative when required
•Reasonable level of IT skills, including proficiency in Office Suite
