Your new company

This company is seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to act as the anchor for office operations, supporting teams across multiple sites.

Your new role

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the site operations team.
  • Book and coordinate facilities contractors and manage site access.
  • Maintain physical filing systems, handle document shredding, and ensure the office remains tidy and well-organised.
  • Take accurate minutes during meetings and compile clear, concise reports for stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
