Facilities Management | 2 Months+ | 40 hours on site in Warrington | Immediate start | £12.94phr + holiday pay

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking? My client is looking for a Facilities Administrator to join the team in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage client requests efficiently.
  • Follow up on compliance requirements and documentation.
  • Liaise with the in-house operations team to coordinate tasks.
  • Gather and organise information for reporting and decision-making.
  • Prepare and issue quotes to clients.
  • Respond promptly to client queries and provide excellent support.
  • Chase up purchase orders and ensure timely processing.
  • Track and monitor orders and quotes to maintain accuracy and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
  • Previous experience in facilities or administration.
This is an on-site role based in Warrington. 40 hours per week, Immediate start for approx 2 months, £12.94phr + holiday pay.
