Facilities Management | 2 Months+ | 40 hours on site in Warrington | Immediate start | £12.94phr + holiday pay
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking? My client is looking for a Facilities Administrator to join the team in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage client requests efficiently.
- Follow up on compliance requirements and documentation.
- Liaise with the in-house operations team to coordinate tasks.
- Gather and organise information for reporting and decision-making.
- Prepare and issue quotes to clients.
- Respond promptly to client queries and provide excellent support.
- Chase up purchase orders and ensure timely processing.
- Track and monitor orders and quotes to maintain accuracy and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
- Previous experience in facilities or administration.
