Your new role
Your new role will consist of overseeing the Façade teams on site. Working alongside the Site Manager to:
1) Oversee the day-to-day construction activities of the Façade teams at the job site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the client's specifications.
2) Coordinate and supervise the Façade teams working on the project, managing their schedules and ensuring seamless collaboration
3) Monitor inventory and materials, placing orders as needed to prevent delays and maintain productivity.
4) Weekly site meetings to update the Project Managers/Clients/Stakeholders on work progress.
5) Enforce safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and document progress to ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulationsWhat you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A background working with façades.
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Presentable and clear communicator.
