EYFS Teaching roles in BEDWORTH
We are seeking dedicated EYFS supply teachers who can cover Bedworth and the surrounding area who prioritise children’s learning, development, and overall wellbeing.
With day-to-day supply and indeed longer-term roles, schools do prefer EYFS specialist teachers to cover as the framework and strategies tend to be different, as well as the room used and the structure of their day. As a supply teacher, you will manage the classroom and teach in the absence of the original teacher. You may be required to plan lessons, for which additional payment will be provided. Any issues, including safeguarding concerns, must be reported to the teacher or the on-duty DSL.
The flexibility of supply teaching makes it suitable for individuals balancing other commitments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to positively impact children’s education while enjoying the flexibility of supply teaching.

- Covering sickness, paternity, and maternity leave
- Managing classroom dynamics
- Delivering engaging lessons
- Maintaining continuity in children's learning
- Marking books per school policy
- Providing constructive feedback
- Ensuring adherence to behavioural policies
What you'll need to succeed
- An outstanding EYFS practitioner
- Skilled at engaging and enthusing pupils in their learning
- Knowledgeable about assessment, feedback, and differentiation
- Recent teaching experience within the last five years
- Hold a QTS, PGCE, or ECT qualification
