Location: Partner Nursery & Primary School in Bristol

Hours: Part-time roles available (flexible scheduling)

We’re working with a welcoming and inclusive early years setting in Bristol to find caring and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistants for part-time roles. If you love supporting children’s development through play, exploration, and positive relationships—but need flexibility—this could be the perfect fit.

Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting children aged 3–5 in line with the EYFS framework

• Assisting with planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities

• Providing one-to-one and small group support to promote learning and wellbeing

• Encouraging independence, curiosity, and social interaction

• Helping with daily routines, classroom setup, and learning resources

What We’re Looking For:

• A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to working with young children

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Experience in early years settings (nursery, preschool, or reception class) – desirable

• Level 2 or 3 Early Years or Teaching Assistant qualification – a plus, but not essential
