These settings are currently seeking qualified EYFS Teaching Assistants to support the development and learning of children in their crucial early years. Each setting is committed to providing a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment where every child can thrive.
Your new role
As a qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting children aged 0–5 in their early development. You will assist with planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework, support children’s social and emotional development, and work closely with teachers and parents to ensure each child’s individual needs are met. You may also be involved in observations, assessments, and contributing to learning journals.

What you'll need to succeed
- A recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
- Recent experience working within an EYFS setting
- A warm, caring, and patient approach to supporting young children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
