Hays Education are working in partnership with a warm, inclusive primary school in Birkenhead seeking a dedicated EYFS Teacher to join their Early Years team. The school offers a nurturing, child‑centred approach and places a strong emphasis on early language development, creativity, and play-based learning.

Your new role

• Deliver high‑quality, engaging lessons in line with the EYFS Framework
• Plan and assess effectively to support children’s progress across all early learning goals
• Create a positive, stimulating classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with EYFS practitioners and the wider staff team
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers
• Contribute to the wider school community and ongoing curriculum development

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Early Years (strong ECTs encouraged to apply)
• Good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
• A warm, enthusiastic approach to supporting young learners
• Strong classroom‑management and communication skills
• A commitment to keeping children safe and promoting their wellbeing
