The cover requirements in the Dover area tend to be very high, whether that be on a day-to-day supply basis or on a long-term basis to cover sickness/maternity etc. We are consistently getting a high demand for all-year groups in Primary Schools. We can also ensure that we are offering consistent, paid work to our teachers! We have numerous existing relationships and partnerships with schools in the Kent region and the need to support our schools will once again be greater than ever.
