Your new role

We’re seeking EYFS teachers who are open to flexible supply work across Coventry. You may be leading phonics sessions, supporting continuous provision, or guiding small groups through early learning activities. Some roles involve day-to-day cover, while others offer more consistency across several weeks. Whichever you choose, you’ll be joining teams who value clear communication, a gentle but confident presence, and a genuine passion for early years education.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent experience within an EYFS setting
• A nurturing, child‑centred approach
• Confidence adapting to different routines and early years environments
• Strong organisational skills and a steady, practical teaching style
• Commitment to creating a safe, encouraging space for young learners
