Your new role

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that support early development and learning
• Follow existing lesson plans and routines while bringing your own creativity to the classroom
• Build positive relationships with children and staff, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and uphold school policies
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and team dynamics
• Maintain a professional and proactive approach to each assignment

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent experience in Early Years settings
• Confidence in delivering the EYFS curriculum and supporting children’s developmental milestones
• A flexible, caring, and resilient teaching style suited to varied school environments
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Availability for short-notice bookings and a willingness to travel across Coventry and nearby areas
